I would start with Germany and force them wear all Wal-mart brand clothing. I think it might just be the worst possible thing that could happen to them.

Also this just occured to me, isnt "large parts of Europe" an oximoron?

No, it's not, they increase the surface area for residents by building many storied buildings and digging below ground to make subways for homeless people and crickets. Silly civil engineer.
