And since this is kind of significant, i thouhgt i would mention it. also you propably realize that i am like a day late, but thats not too late. also how i found out? well i did see some news thurdayish and some newspapers saying that he wasnt feeling so swell and whatever, but i hadnt seen any news stuff and stuff after the fact. i stumbled accross it would looking at ctv for the tv listings. i clicked on the tv listings section and during that brief internet pause, saw a picture of the pope. i knew was wasnt doing so well so i thought i would come back and see what the deal yo. so anyway saw the news end of story. and people said tv cant be educational.

Well the pope is dead, but my question is why do they call him Pope John Paul when his name really isnt so? I read in the paper his name was Kalon something-or-another. I dont really know, but whatever.

P.S. I do believe Doug needs to get back into the posting spirit.

For some strange reason, there wouldn't be this much of a commotion if any other religious person, like Billy Graham, were to die. I for one am of the opinion that the head of the Church is Jesus, not the pope. No offense to all you Catholics out there. That said, I know he did play an incredibly valuable role in peace talks, and I applaud anyone who brings peace over strife.
